摘要
首次建立了测定2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸钠的高效液相色谱法。色谱条件为:采用Lichro-spher C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)为色谱柱;甲醇:乙腈:水=50:10:40(pH=3,用磷酸调节)为流动相;检测波长为224nm;柱温为25℃;流速为0.8mL/min。在该色谱条件下,线性相关系数R=0.9999,方法回收率为99.5%-100.5%,日内精密度和日间精密度的相对标准偏差分别为0.38%和0.41%。结果显示该方法具有良好的准确度、精密度和重复性,适合2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸钠的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method with UV detection has been developed for the determination of sodium 2-(4-methoxy phenoxy)propionate.The chromatographic separation was achieved on a reversed-phase C18column with the mobile phase of methanol/acetonitrile/water mixture solution of pH 3.0(50 ∶10 ∶40,v/v/v)at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was set at 224 nm and the column temperature was set at 25℃.The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.50~141μg/mL,and the lowest threshold was 0.5 μg/mL.The recovery was between 99.5%~100.5% and the intra-and inter-day relative standard deviations were 0.38% and 0.41% respectively.The results showed that method was accurate and precise.Therefore,it is suitable for the determination of sodium 2-(4-methoxy phenoxy)propionate.
