摘要
[目的]探讨加味当归芍药散(Jia wei Dang gui Shao yao San,JDSS)对糖尿病早期肾损害的保护机理。[方法]选用动物试验,观察JDSS对实验性糖尿病早期肾损害大鼠血糖(FPG)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)、24h尿微量白蛋白(UALB)、β2-微球蛋白(Uβ2-MG)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)的影响。[结果]JDSS增高血清SOD含量,降低血清MDA含量及uALB、uβ2-MG(P值均小于0.01),提高CCr(P<0.05)。[结论]JDSS可升高DM大鼠血清SOD的含量,降低血清MDA的含量,减少高血糖引起自由基的生成和动脉硬化的发生,发挥抗氧化应激的作用。
[ Objective] Study on the mechanism of protection about Jia wei Dang gui Shao yao San (JDSS) on the early Diabetic nephropathy(DN). [ Method] To observe the effect of the fasting plasma glucose(FPG) erythroeuprein ( SOD ) and malonaldehyde ( MDA ) of serum .24h urine microalbumin ( UALB ) , β2 - microglobulin( β2 -MG) and creatinine clearance rate(CCr) of the experimental diabetes rates by animal experiment. [Result] JDSS increase significantly SOD of serum and cut down MDA of serum,uALB Uβ2 -MG( P 〈 0.01 ) , improve CCr(P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] JDSS may heighten SOD of serum of the experimental diabetic rates, and cut down MDA of serum, decrease free radical formation and atherosclerosis development by hyperglycemia. And educe the effect of oxidative stress.
