摘要
目的:观察子宫肌瘤中TSP-1、IGF-Ⅱ蛋白的表达情况,以探讨TSP-1、IGF-Ⅱ蛋白表达在子宫肌瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化SP法分别检测子宫肌瘤组织以及邻近子宫肌瘤的正常平滑肌组织中TSP-1、IGF-Ⅱ蛋白表达的情况。结果:①TSP-1在子宫肌瘤组织和正常平滑肌组织中都有表达,但子宫肌瘤组织中TSP-1表达量明显低于正常子宫肌层组织,差异有统计学意义(t=24.44,P<0.05);②IGF-Ⅱ在子宫肌瘤组织和正常子宫肌层组织都有表达,但子宫肌瘤组织中IGF-Ⅱ表达明显高于正常子宫肌层组织,差异有统计学意义(t=33.46,P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤的发展途径可能与TSP-1表达的下调和IGF-Ⅱ表达的上调促进肿瘤新生血管的形成,促进细胞的分裂增殖有关。
Objective:To observe the expressions of thrombospondin-1(TSP-1) and insulin like growth factor Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) in uterine leiomyomas,explore the effects of TSP-1 and IGF-Ⅱ on occurrence and development of uterine leiomyoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of TSP-1 and IGF-Ⅱ in uterine leiomyomas tissues and adjacent normal smooth muscle tissues.Results:TSP-1 expressed in uterine leiomyomas tissues and adjacent normal smooth muscle tissues,but the expression level of TSP-1 in uterine leiomyomas tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal smooth muscle tissues(t=24.44,P0.05);IGF-Ⅱ expressed in uterine leiomyomas tissues and adjacent normal smooth muscle tissues,but the expression level of IGF-Ⅱ in uterine leiomyomas tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal smooth muscle tissues(t=33.46,P0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence and development of uterine leiomyoma may be related to tumor angiogenesis,cell division and proliferation promoted by down-regulation of TSP-1 and up-regulation of IGF-Ⅱ.
