摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮细胞与三叉神经脱髓鞘病变的关系,为临床解释脱髓鞘病因发生提供依据。方法:分别选用描写、轻度、中度、脱髓鞘组进行免疫组化表达,对内皮细胞、淋巴细胞在病变处分布变化进行定量分析。结果: C D31、 F8 的表达证实病变处血管内皮细胞突起和塌陷。 C D3、 C D45 R A 表达病变均有淋巴细胞参与。描写、轻度组与中度、脱髓鞘组的血管内皮细胞与淋巴细胞计数相比较,差异显著( P< 0.05 或 P< 0.01)。结论:血管内皮细胞在脱髓鞘病变中,可激活淋巴细胞,也可输送淋巴细胞参与免疫应答。因此,阻止内皮细胞的病变具有重要意义。
Objection:To study the reason of trigeminal demyelination.Methods:The lesion were divided into four groups including describing, light,moderate and demyelination group.The changes of lymphocytes and vascular endothelium in local area of demyelination were observed with quantitative analysis.Results:Protrusion or sink of vascular endothelium with CD 31 and F8 expression were observed.Lymphocytes with CD 3 and CD 45RA expression were also found in the lesions. There was significant difference of the findings between the group of describing and light lesion ( P <0.05),and the group of moderate and demyelination ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Vascular endothelium in demyelination may activate lymphocytes and transfer lymphocytes to the area of lesion involving immune reaction.
