锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO_4/C的合成及性能

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法和微波法相结合制备了碳包裹的LiFePO4/C材料。XRD、SEM和电化学测试表明:真空干燥下微波18min所得样品为橄榄石型非晶结构,粒径在30-lOOnm,0.2C充放电的首次放电比容量为120mAh/g,第16次循环的比容量为113mAh/g。 Carbon coated LiFePO4 cathode materials was prepared by sol-gel method with microwave process. The results of XRD, SEM and electrochemical tests showed that the optimal condition were: dried in vacuum and microwave time 18 min, on this condition, the sample had a olivine-type amorphous structure and grain size was in the range from 30 nm to 100 nm, when charge-discharge at 0.2 C, its initial specific discharge capacity was 120 mAh/g, the specific capacity at the 16^th cycle was 113 mAh/g.
