表面活性剂-有机膦酸盐复配体系的防垢性能 被引量:2

EVALUATION OF SURFACTANT-ORGANIC PHOSPHONATE COMBINATION'S ANTI-SCALING PROPERTY

摘要 使用低剂量的HEDP、ATMP和EDTMP 3种膦酸盐防垢剂与SLPS、ORS-41、9AS-3-0和PBET-17 4种驱油用表面活性剂进行复配,测定了体系的防垢性能。结果表明,合适的复配体系由于各化学剂之间的协同效应,可以显著提高防垢性能,SLPS与ATMP和EDTMP复配、ORS-41与ATMP和EDTMP复配体系,对硫酸钙垢的防垢率达到了90%以上。 Low dosages of three kinds of phosphonate scale inhibitors,HEDP,ATMP and EDTMP, with four kinds of surfactants,SLPS,ORS-41,9AS-3-0 and PBET-17SI,were used as anti-scaling inhibitors in displacing reservoir oil.The results of experiments indicated that appropriate combination, due to the synergistic effect of various chemical agents,can appreciably enhance the anti-scaling performance. Four kinds of combination systems,SLPS combined with ATMP and EDTMP,ORS-41 combined with ATMP and EDTMP,have achieved above 90%to the calcium sulfate anti-scaling rate, superior to the calcium carbonate anti-scaling effect in whole.
