钢铁企业反渗透预处理工艺的研究

摘要 针对唐钢综合废水的水质,采用混凝沉降—多介质过滤器—臭氧活性炭过滤器等预处理工艺对该水进行反渗透预处理。通过静、动态试验,调整混凝剂PAC,助凝剂PAM,其他助剂HCl、NaClO以及臭氧的投加量,最大限度地去除水中的悬浮物、胶体、有机物、金属离子等导致反渗透膜污染的物质,使处理后出水水质达到反渗透膜进水要求。 Aiming at integrated quality of wastewater from Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,the pretreatment process coagulation-multi media filter-ozone activated carbon filter are used for carrying through the RO pretreatment of the wastewater.Through static and dynamic tests,the dosages of coagulant PAC,coagulant PAM,other additives HCl,NaClO and ozone are adjusted.The factors such as suspended solids,colloids,organic matter,metal ions,etc.in water,which results in RO membrane fouling,are removed to the utmost extent,so that the quality of the treated effluent can meet the influent water requirements of reverse osmosis membrane.
