微波纳米磁粉协同作用处理污泥的研究 被引量:2

Sludge processing by synergy of microwave and nano-sized magnetic particles

摘要 将粒径范围在10~20 nm之间的磁粉加入到原污泥中,在微波场中辐射,考察0.5~5 min辐射时间内污泥可生化性能、沉降性能和脱水性能的改善效果。结果表明,在微波和纳米磁粉的协同作用下,污泥快速发生水解,5 min内VSS溶解率达到34.62%,COD溶出率达到13.38%,在显微镜下观察到污泥微生物细胞发生了破裂;污泥沉降性能得到改善,破解前后污泥10 min的沉降速率分别为18.8 mL/min和19.6 mL/min,500 mL破解前后污泥的30 min沉降体积(SV)分别为275 mL和253 mL;破解后污泥离心脱水含水率为84.76%,其体积是原污泥体积的7.87%。最佳磁粉投加浓度为1.25 g/L污泥。 The surplus sludge from sewage treatment plant was used as raw material,and the nano-sized magnetic particles(the particle size of the magnetic particles was between 10 nm and 20 nm)were added in to it at first,then it was put in the microwave reactor.The dissolution effect of volatile suspended solids(VSS) and chemical oxygen demand(COD) of the sludge after 0.5 min to 5 min irradiation was investigated,moreover,the sludge settling and dewatering performance improvement was also inspected.Results show that the synergy of microwave and nano-sized magnetic particles led fast sludge hydrolysis reaction.The VSS dissolution rate of sludge reached 34.62%,and COD dissolution rate was 13.38% within 5 min.The ruptured situation of sludge microbial cell was observed under the microscope.The settlement performance of sludge was improved.The sedimentation rates of pre-and post-treatment sludge were 18.8 mL/min and 19.6 mL/min,respectively with 10 min sedimentation.The sedimentary volume(SV) of pre-and post-treatment sludge(500 mL) were 275 mL and 253 mL,respectively with 30 min sedimentation.The moisture content of the treated sludge cake which was centrifugalized by a centrifuger decreased to 84.76%,and its volume was just 7.87% of the raw sludge's.The best magnetic particles dosing rate was 1.25 g/L raw sludge.
