摘要
目的:探讨氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的可能作用机制。方法:应用大鼠电刺激偏头痛模型,观察给予氟桂利嗪后中脑导水管周围灰质NF-κB蛋白表达的变化。结果:空白组、假手术组、电刺激组,氟桂利嗪组、生理盐水对照组每张切片的NF-κB阳性神经元数分别为111.7±15.7、112.9±10.7、508.7±30.8、209.2±18.5、502.7±33.1。结论:电刺激大鼠上矢状窦区硬脑膜后,在中脑导水管周围灰质区出现了NF-κB细胞的激活,氟桂利嗪使其表达降低。
Objective: To investigate the possible mechanism of action of the flunarizine in treating migraine.Method: Migraine model of electrical stimulation is applied to observe the level of NF-κB expression in the periaqueductal gray matter following administration of flunarizine in rats.Result: The numbers of NF-κB immunoreactive positive neurons was 209.2±18.5 in flunarizine group,502.7±33.1 in normal saline group,508.7±30.8 in stimulated group,and 111.7±15.7 and 112.9±10.7 in blank group and control group.Conclusion: The NF-κB positive neurons were activated in the periaqueductal gray in response to electric stimulation of the dura mater near the superior sagittal sinus.The expression of NF-κB protein could be suppressed by flunarizine.
