摘要
分析了国产引进型300 MW双缸双排汽凝汽式汽轮机热耗率大、经济性差的原因。采用全三维技术对汽轮机高中压通流部分进行改造,设计使用了先进的子午收缩型调节级和弯扭马刀叶片,有效提高了机组的经济性和可靠性。该技术在江西丰城发电厂4×300 MW机组上的应用经验,可为其他同类机组增容降耗改造提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the causes leading to the high heat consumption and poor efficiency of the imported-type 300 MW condensing steam turbine with dual casings and dual exhausts. 3-dimensional technology, including the meridian contracting type governing stage and back-bent twisted blades technique,is used to renovated the HP-IP turbine flow-passage, in order to raise the units' economic efficiency and reliability. The application of this technology to the Jiangxi Fengcheng Power Plant 4 × 300 MW units can provide a useful reference for other similar units to increase their capacity and reduce consumption.
