摘要
超压酸TCP射孔是在TCP射孔的同时,由地面施加的泵压、井内酸液的液柱压力及射孔炸药三部分形成的超过油气储层破裂压力的超压,使TCP 射孔孔道附近的地层产生微裂缝,酸处理液由地面泵挤入射孔孔道、微裂缝、及地层孔隙之中冲洗、溶蚀、扩大微裂缝和孔隙;从而改善储层的渗流条件,提高油气产量。超压酸TCP射孔工艺技术特别是对低压、低渗、低产油气层具有其它射孔工艺不可比拟的优点。本文对超压酸TCP射孔的机理、超压酸TCP射孔工艺等方面进行了详细的论述,并运用现场井证明了该技术增产效果明显。
Overpressure acid tubing conveyed perforation is that under the action of the overpressure,which is excess of reservoir broken pressure and composed of three parts,i.e.surface pump pressure,the liquid column pressure in borehole and perforation explosive generated pressure,the microfractures will be formed around the perforation channels in reservoirs,then the microfractures and pores will be also washed,eroded and widened by the acidizing treatment liquid pumped into the perforation channels,microfractures and pores from the surface,thus improving the flowing conditions in reservoirs and increasing oil and gas production.The overpressure acid tubing conveyed perforating technique is much more preferable than the other perforating techniques,especially for the reservoirs with low pressure,low permeability and low production.The mechanism and technology of the tubing conveyed perforation are stated in detail in the article.It is proved by the wells on the spot that the stimulation effect is obvious by use of this technique..
