急重症患者转院安全的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 患者安全是世界卫生组织及欧美国家近年来最重视的主题。世界卫生组织2007年5月针对“患者安全目标”推出9项“患者安全解决方案”，第3项是“患者移交过程中的信息沟通”。这就涉及到患者转院安全方面的问题。医护患沟通不良是1995-2006年间报告给美国联合委员会的警讯事件的主要原因之一；在澳大利亚，25000至30000起导致终身残疾的本可避免的医疗不良事件中，
