摘要
目的:建立蔬菜中6种无机阴离子含量的测定方法。方法:样品用超声提取,离子色谱法同时测定氟、氯、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硫酸盐。色谱柱为:Ionpac AS23阴离子交换色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm i.d.)和Ionpac AG23保护柱;淋洗液为:3.5 mM Na2CO3/1.0 mM NaHCO3;流速为:1.0 ml/min;检测方式为:抑制型电导检测。结果:F-、NO2-在0.1 mg/L^10.0 mg/L,Cl-在1.0 mg/L^20.0 mg/L,NO3-、PO34-、SO24-在1.0 mg/L^50.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,回收率在92.0%~107.2%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%,检出限分别为F-:0.6 mg/kg;Cl-:7.0 mg/kg;NO2-:0.6 mg/kg;NO3-:7.0 mg/kg;PO43-:7.0 mg/kg;SO42-:7.0 mg/kg。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、操作简便,一次进样30 min内完全分离,适用于蔬菜中6种无机阴离子含量的日常监测工作。
Objective:To develop a method with ion chromatography to simultaneously determine six anions in vegetables.Methods: The six anions in samples were extracted by ultrasound and separated by an Ionpac AS 23 column(250 mm×4 mm i.d.) with Ionpac AG23 and 3.5 mM Na2CO3/1.0 mM NaHCO3 as eluent.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Anions were detected by suppressed conductivity detection.Results: The linearity of F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,NO3^-,PO4^3-,SO4^2- were good in the range of 0.1 mg/L-10.0 mg/L,1.0 mg/L-20.0 mg/L,0.1 mg/L-10.0 mg/L,1.0 mg/L-50.0 mg/L,1.0 mg/L-50.0 mg/L,1.0 mg/L-50.0 mg/L.The recovery of the method was 92.0%-107.2% and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 5%.The detection limit were F-:0.6 mg/kg;Cl^-:7.0 mg/kg;NO2^-: 0.6 mg/kg;NO3^-: 7.0 mg/kg;PO4^3-: 7.0 mg/kg;SO^2-: 7.0 mg/kg.Conclusion: The method was accurate,sensitive,simple and it can be applied for inspection of F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,NO3^-,PO4^3-,SO4^2- in vegetable,which simultaneously and completely separated all anions in 30 minutes.
