摘要
目的:建立饮用水中多种卤代有机物的分析方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法测定饮用水中十三种挥发卤代烃。结果:在所建立的实验条件下多种卤代有机物的平均回收率在81.3%~104.7%之间,相对标准差(RSD)为1.52%~5.68%,检测限为0.025μg/L^8.4μg/L。结论:所建立的分析方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定多种挥发性卤代烃。
Objective:Developing a method to determine the thirteen volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.Methods: The thirteen volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water were determined by headspace capillary gas chromatography.Results: Under the optimal experimental conditions,the recoveries of the thirteen volatile halogenated hydrocarbons were in the range of 81.3%~104.7%,the relative standard deviations were from 1.52% to 5.68%,and the determination limited is between 0.025 μg/L~8.4 μg/L.Conclusion: The method we developed is rapid,simple and accurate.Using the method,a variety of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons could be determined simultaneously.
