摘要
目的:检测肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)感染患儿细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,研究其变化规律,探讨疾病发生机制。方法:收集支原体肺炎患儿急性期全血和血清以及健康儿童对照标本,采用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞表面标记CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK、CD19+、CD3+HLA-DR+、CD3+CD25+、CD8+HLA-DR+、CD8+CD38+和调节性T细胞CD4+CD25+表达比例。采用IMMAGE特定蛋白分析仪检测血清标本IgG、IgA、IgM、C3和C4浓度。结果:与正常对照组比较,支原体肺炎患儿组急性期外周血CD3+、CD8+CD38+和CD4+CD25+细胞比例明显下降,B淋巴细胞(CD19+细胞)比例则显著升高,血清中IgG和IgA含量明显下降。结论:支原体肺炎患儿急性期处于免疫失衡状态,T淋巴细胞增殖受到抑制,B淋巴细胞刺激增殖,体液免疫功能仍存在一定失调。
Objective:The cellular immunity and humoral immunity function of children infected with mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) were detected to investigate the changes,index and the mechanism of this disease.Methods:Peripheral blood and serum samples of healthy children and children infected with MP in acute stage were collected,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,NK,CD19^+,CD3^+HLA-DR^+,CD3^+CD25^+,CD8^+HLA-DR^+,CD8^+CD38^+ and CD4^+CD25^+ were detected by Flow Cytometry.The serum concentration of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 were detection by IMMAGE.Results:The proportion of CD3^+,CD8^+CD38^+,CD4^+CD25^+ and the concentration of both IgG and IgA in MP group were much lower than the healthy group,while the proportion of CD19^+ was significant higher than the healthy group.Conclusion:The immune system of mycoplasmal pneumonia children is in imbalance status,T lymphocytes are greatly suppressed,especially CD8^+ T cells.B cells are activated.The humoral immunity function is still in imbalance with the decrease of IgG and IgA.
