摘要
目的:了解和掌握赣州市章贡区居民食用碘盐的情况,及时发现问题并采取相应干预措施,保证居民食用碘盐的策略得到有效落实。方法:根据《全国碘盐监测方案》、《江西省碘盐监测实施细则》对居民户的食用碘盐进行监测。结果:2006年-2010年共监测1472份样品,合格1420份,非碘盐3份,不合格碘盐49份。2006年、2008年碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率高于90%,2007年、2009年、2010年碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率高于95%。结论:2006年-2010年,全区碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到国家标准。
Objective：To understand and master Zhanggong district residents consumption of iodized salt conditions;timely find problems and take intervention measures,guarantee the strategy that residents consume iodized salt get effective implementation.Methods： According to the ＂national iodized salt monitoring program＂ and the ＂salt of Jiangxi Province to monitor the implementation details＂ for monitoring.Results： 2006-2010 were monitoring 1472 sample,eligible 1420 copies,the iodized salt 3 copies,unqualified iodized salt 49 copies.2006 and 2008 qualified rate of iodized salt,consuming rate of qualified iodized salt is higher than 90%,2007,2009 and 2010 qualified rate of iodized salt,consuming rate of qualified iodized salt is higher than 95%.Conclusion： 2006-2010,coverage rate of iodized salt in entire district,qualified rate of iodized salt and consuming rate of qualified iodized salt all reached national standards.
