Design of immune pharmacological experiment and practice teaching mode

摘要 传统验证式的药理实验教学模式不利于培养学生科研思维与科学探索能力。以培养创新思维的高水平人才为目标,对药理学实验教学模式进行了探索与实践。通过介绍SCI论文检索、教师讲解SCI论文科研设计思路、学生自主设计实验、完善考核方式等途径,形成药理实验创新教学模式,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生的创新思维、操作技能和独立发现问题、解决问题的能力。教学实践证明,新的教学模式可以提高学生的综合专业能力。 Traditional verifying mode of immune pharmacological experiment teaching is unfavorable to the training of students' scientific thinking and exploration ability.The paper probed into the mode of immune pharmacological experiment teaching aiming at training high-level talents with innovation thinking.Through introducing SCI theses retrieving,explaining design idea by teachers,designing experiment by students and perfecting test methods,a new teaching mode of immune pharmacological experiment was established,which raised the learning interesting,and cultured pioneering thinking,operation skills,and the ability of discovering and solving problems of students'.The teaching practice indicated that this new mode has improved students' comprehensive professional ability.
