摘要
通过建立调强放射治疗计划中的笔束强度和模拟动力学系统中的粒子位置之间的联系,模拟动力学方法可以应用于解决调强放射治疗中的优化问题.本文研究了模拟动力学方法在肿瘤的临床调强放射治疗中的应用.研究表明,在引入软约束、硬约束和剂量体积约束等约束条件后,模拟动力学方法可以满足临床的调强放射治疗计划的要求.
By introducing the analogous relationship between the pencil beam intensity in intensity modulated radiotherapy and the atomic position in classical molecular dynamics system, the simulated dynamics algorithm can be used to deal with optimization problem occurring in intensity modulated radiothera- py. A study has been done by applying the simulated dynamics algorithm to several clinical intensity modulates radiotherapy cases. The results show that the simulated dynamics method can satisfy the clinical requirements by additionally employing the soft, hard and dose volume constraints.
