摘要
目的:探讨MMP-2在不同类型退变腰椎间盘组织中的表达。方法:用免疫组化方法检测56个退变腰椎间盘组织与10个正常腰椎间盘组织中MMP-2的表达。结果:退变腰椎间盘组织中MMP-2阳性细胞率为(58.45±20.37)%,高于正常椎间盘组织的(3.54±0.96)%(t=8.960,P<0.001)。突出型、破裂型及游离型退变腰椎间盘组织中MMP-2阳性细胞率分别为(33.17±8.48)%、(69.32±5.91)%和(75.67±6.00)%,差异有统计学意义(F=208.558,P<0.001);破裂型较突出型椎间盘组织中MMP-2表达增高(P<0.001),游离型较突出型以及破裂型椎间盘组织中MMP-2表达增高(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2高表达可能与腰椎间盘退变有关。
Aim:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in degenerated lumbar intervertebral disc tissue.Methods:A total of 56 specimens of degenerated lumbar intervertebral disc and 10 specimens of normal lumbar intervertebral disc were subjected to detect the expression of MMP-2 using immunohistochemistry methods.Results:The expression of MMP-2 in degenerated lumbar intervertebral disc was higher than that in the normal intervertebral disc tissue [(58.45±20.37)% vs(3.54±0.96)%,t=8.960,P〈0.001].There were significant differences among the MMP-2 expressions in sequested disc,ruptured disc and prominent disc tissues [(75.67±6.00)%,(69.32±5.91)%,and(33.17±8.48)%,F=208.558,P〈0.001].The expression of MMP-2 decreased by turn from sequested disc,ruptured disc to prominent disc(P〈0.05).Conclusion:MMP-2 may be related to lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration.
