摘要
目的探讨评价医院医疗工作的方法。方法运用秩和比法对某医院2003年-2009年医疗工作进行综合评价。结果 2003年以来,医院的医疗工作呈现较好的发展趋势,其中2004年的RSR值高于2005年,其它年限的RSR值随年限推移数据逐年递增。结论用秩和比法进行医疗工作综合评价具有很好效果。
Objective To evaluate hospital＇s medical work.Methods Using rank-sum ratio to evaluate hospital＇s medical work from 2003 to 2009.Results The hospital＇s medical work appears a better development trend from 2003,the RSR number of 2004 is higher than 2005,and the RSR number of other years are becoming larger year by year.Conclusion It could be got a very good result by using rank-sum ratio to evaluate medical work.
