摘要
目的浅析近年医院病案管理中存在的问题,及时修改,提高病案的开发和利用价值。方法通过人员素质、分工流程、计算机管理和病案利用等方面分析医院病案管理工作。结果以科学的手段加强病案管理,有利于实施医院对病案的专业化和规范化管理。结论针对医院病案管理工作中的问题,提出相应的对策,提高病案的利用价值提供参考意见。
Objective to discuss existing problems in hospital medical records management in resent years;to modify in time and to improve medical records development and utilization value.Methods to analyze hospital medical records management through staff quality,division of labor process,computer management and medical records utilization and etc.Results to strengthen medical records management by scientific means which is beneficial to carry out professionization and normalization management of medical records.Conclusions be aimed at problems in hospital medical records management to put forward relevant countermeasures and to raise reference suggestion for improving medical records utilization value.
