摘要
以大字杜鹃为材料,对播种育苗技术进行研究,结果表明,种子发芽适宜的光照强度为1 0002 000 Lx;种子最佳催芽处理方法是:种子采集调制后冷藏,播种前浸泡48 h;最适宜的播种基质为腐殖土+土沙混合,比例为2 1,再覆盖1 cm厚粉碎的苔藓。播种育苗适宜在温室与塑料大棚中进行,出苗率分别达到85%和61%,当年苗高7.5 cm,地径2.8 mm,不适于露地播种。
The technologies of seedling cultivation of Rhododendron schlippenbachii were studied and the results showed that: the optimal illumination density for seed germination was 1 0002 000 Lx.The optimal pregermination was that soaking cold storage seeds for 48 h before seeding.The 21 humus: sand covered with 1 cm mashed moss was the optimum soil substrate for germination.Seedling cultivation should be conducted in green house or plastic shed,where the emergence percentage were 85% and 61%,respectively,and base diameter was 2.8 cm.The seedling cultivation was unfit for open field.
