软木塞和高分子合成塞密封干白葡萄酒的试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 瓶装是葡萄酒的主要包装方式,本文研究不同类型的瓶塞对葡萄酒品质的影响。分别使用天然塞、贴片塞、聚合塞等不同类型的软木塞和高分子合成塞密封干白葡萄酒,分析不同类型瓶塞的物理特性及其优、缺点,研究它们对葡萄酒装瓶后品质的影响,以指导葡萄酒灌装生产选择使用瓶塞,确保装瓶后的葡萄酒得到最佳的保护和发展。本文对瓶塞生产商改进产品质量也具有参考意义。 Bottling is the major means of wine packaging,it is valuable to study wine quality affected by different types of stoppers after bottling.In this experiment,different types of corks and synthetic stoppers were used to seal wine,the physical properties and advantages and disadvantages of them were analyzed,and effect of different type stoppers on the change of wine quality after bottling was studied,in order to provide guidance to select stopper during bottling and ensure the best wine quality after bottling.Meanwhile,it has an important reference value for the manufacturers to improve the quality of their stoppers.
