摘要
本文在广东外语外贸大学大学生心理健康教育与咨询工作多年实践基础上,提出当今大学生心理健康教育应当"在模式上打破常规,走出咨询室,咨询员、辅导员深入到学生中去,了解学生、帮助学生,解决实际问题的同时解决心理问题和思想问题;在方法上中西结合,法无定法,因人而异,辨证施治,注重实效;在理念上以人为本,以尊重学生、理解学生为前提,视异常为正常,变障碍为特长,化危机为转机"的大学生心理健康教育模式创新探索。
This article reports on an exploratory project on undergraduate psychological education, which we conducted in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Through exploration and practice during this project, we have got from many years' experience a new understanding of the psychological education of the undergraduates, as stated in the following aspects. As far as the 'mode' is concerned, the consultants and instructors should 'break the routine' and go out of the consultation room to solve the students' practical as well as psychological problems. Methodologically, they should try to integrate the Chinese and the Western ways and means, and handle problems according to specific conditions. And ideally, they should change their former points of view and take the abnormal as normal, the 'disorder' as individual special ability, and a 'crisis' as a favorable turn.
