摘要
[目的]探讨PCNA和EGFR在大肠癌及癌旁粘膜细胞中的表达及意义。(方法)取正常大肠粘膜10例,大肠癌远分。近旁和癌粘膜吝叨例。应用免疫组化染色(SP法),在连续切片基础上同步检测PCNA和EGFR的表达。[结果]PCNA和EGFR阳性细胞在大肠癌组织中的分布呈异质性。正常大肠粘膜和大肠癌粘膜PCNA阳性细胞数分别为2.42±1.02和对20.21±6.58,两组间比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);EGFR阳性率分别为0和73.33%,两组间比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。大肠癌远分、近旁和癌粘膜PCNM阳性细胞数分别为小4.26±2.14、7.43±3.26和20.21±6.58,各组间比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);EGFR阳性率分别为3.33%、20%和73.33%,PCNA和EGFR的表达与大肠癌的分化程度、分期和淋巴结转移有关,与组织学类型无关。30例大肠癌粘膜PCNA和EGFR的表达呈显著性正相关(P<0.05)。(结论)结合病理形态学观察,同时检测PCNA和EGFR的表达,能较客观准确地判断大肠癌的恶性程度和生物学特性,以及大肠癌切缘细胞的增殖活性和癌变潜能。
[Purpose]To study the expession and significance of proiferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and epiderman growth factor receptor(EGFR) in colon carcmoma and its surrounding mucosa cell.[Methods]SP immundsstochemical method was used to detect the distribution andexpression of PCNA and EGFR in 10 cases with normal colon mucosa,30 cases with canere - distant mucosa(CDM), 30 cases with caner -adjacent mucosa(CAM) and 30 cases with caner mucosa(CM).[Results]There was heterogeneity in the distrnbution of PCNA and EGFR in coloncarcinoma.The number of positive cells of PCNA in normal colon mucosa and carcinoma was 2.42±1. 02 and 20. 21±6. 58 respectively,Thedifference between normal and carcinoma groups was significant (P < 0.01) .The positive rate of EGFR in the two groups was 0 and 73.33%respectively and the difference was sigmficant too(P <0.05) .The number of positive cells of PCNA was 4.26±2.14 in CDM,7.43 ±3. 26 inCAN and 20.21 ±6. 58 in CM. The difference among these groups was significant (P < 0.01). The positive rate of EGFR was 3. 33% in CDM,20% in CAM and 73.33% in CM.The difference between CDM and CD,CAM and CD was signhcant(P < 0.05) .The expression of PCNA andEGFR m correlated with the degree of differentiation,stage and lymphatic metastases but it was not related to the histological type of colon cancer.Expression of PCNA was identically correlated with expression of EGFR in 30 casses of colon carcinoma mucosa. [Conclusion ]Combing withpathological observation the expression of PCNA and EGFR cand more objectively and more accurately distinguish the degree of malignancy andbiologic characteristic in colon carcinoma,as well as malignant potential and degree of proliferation in the cells beside cancer.
