老年人残根残冠的修复与保留 被引量：3

摘要 老年人牙冠大面积缺损，留有残根，因为身体因素不适宜拔牙，或有的患者咬颌高度降低，上下颌之间距离小于4mm者，以往均不能修复，而随着修复技术的改进和发展，残根残冠修复均有可能，提高了患者的生活质量，使晚年更加幸福。我自2003年收集了60例老年患者，年龄在60～80岁之间，其中男性40例，女性20例，用桩钉高嵌体或龈上牙冠的修复，取得了满意效果。
