摘要
研究了不同浓度外源硫酸锌处理对黑麦草种子发芽率、发芽势、蛋白质、还原糖和总糖含量及淀粉酶活力的影响。结果表明:ZnSO_4处理可以延缓黑麦草种子的萌发,使其发芽势降低,使种子萌发整齐度下降;促进黑麦草种子的α-淀粉酶活力,但显著降低淀粉酶总活力;抑制黑麦草发芽种子中的蛋白质和还原糖含量,但对总糖含量影响不明显。
The effects of different concentration of external source ZnSO_4 on Lolium perenne seed germinating capacity, the germinating energy,the protein contents,the reducing sugar and total sugar contents,and the amylase activity were studied.The results showed that ZnSO_4 inhibited Lolium perenne's seed germination,reduced the germinating energy, and delayed its germination.Different concentration of ZnSO_4 had a certain promoting effect on Lolium perenne seed oramylase,but lowered the tatal amylase activity,the contents of protein and reducing sugar,but its effect on total sugar content was not obvious.
