摘要
目的：观察手术联合腹腔温热灌注化疗治疗进展期胃癌的疗效。方法：对2005年1月~2010年1月手术的进展期胃癌226例,随机分为研究组134例,对照组92例,研究组行术中、术后腹腔温热灌注化疗,对照组行全身化疗,并对其疗效进行跟踪随访。结果：根治术后研究组3年、5年生存率明显高于对照组,而复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。姑息术后研究组3年、5年生存率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：手术联合腹腔温热灌注化疗治疗进展期胃癌的疗效满意,值得推广应用。
Objectives To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of surgery combined with Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Perfusion for patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods Gather 226 cases of advanced gastric cancer with surgery in our department from January 2005 to January 2010,134 cases were randomly divided into study group and control group in 92 patients.The study group underwent intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy during and after the operation,while the control group was given systemic chemotherapy,and followed up on its efficacy.Results After radical operation,the third and fifth-year survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,while the relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.With palliative surgery,the third and fifth-year survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Surgery combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is very reliable,it should be widely applied.
