摘要 目的方法为了研究微波法提取玉米须总黄酮的工艺和比较不同时期、不同药用部位玉米须黄酮含量的差别。分别采用微波、热回流法研究玉米须中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。在单因素基础上进行正交实验。结果微波法提取主要影响因素依次为:乙醇浓度60%、功率为600W、料夜比1:20、提取时间16min。热回流法提取主要影响因素依次为:乙醇浓度70%,温度80℃,料夜比1:30,提取时间2h。微波法和热回流所得总黄酮最佳提取率为4.55%,3.17%。同一品种成熟期玉米须中黄酮含量高于乳熟期、成熟期柱头含量高于花柱。结论微波提取法优于回流法。 ObjectiveTo research microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) of total flavonoids from corn silk and compare the differences of flavonoid content in different parts and different periods for medicine.MethodsMAE and hot reflux extraction(HRE) were used to extract the total flavonoids from corn silk respectively on basis of single factor experiments,and then the orthogonal experiments were performed.ResultsFor the MAE,when the ethanol concentration was 60%,the power was 600 W,the extraction time was 16 min and the ratio of plant material to solvent(M/S) was 1:20,the yield of extract was 4.55%.And for the HRE,when the ethanol concentration was 70%,the temperature was 80℃,the extraction time was 2 h and the ratio of plant material to solvent was1:30,the yield of extract was 3.17%.The content of flavonoids in mature stage from the same species is higher than that of milky stage and stigma is higher than that of style.ConclusionMAE method is superior to HRE.
