摘要
采用正交试验,优化棉用阻燃剂FPK8002对阻燃涤棉混纺织物的阻燃整理工艺。利用CONE(锥形量热仪)法研究FPK8002阻燃整理前后涤棉混纺织物的热释放性能、烟释放性能及其毒性的变化。结果显示,改性涤棉混纺织物的FPK8002整理优化工艺为:FPK8002质量浓度400 g/L,交联剂质量浓度80 g/L,150℃焙烘3 min;测试表明,阻燃整理有效地抑制了改性涤棉混纺织物燃烧过程中的热释放速率、总热释放量及CO2的生成,而烟释放速率峰值、烟释放总量和CO的生成速率有所提高。
Flame retardant finish of polyester/cotton fabric with flame retardant agent FPKSOO2 is optimized via orthogonal ex- periments. Changes in heat, dense smoke and poisonous gas releasing of untreated/treated fabric are studied with cone calo- rimeter method. The results show that the optimum flame retardant finish of the modified polyester/cotton fabric is FPKSO02 400 g/L, crosslinking agent 80 g/L, and curing at 150℃ for 3 minutes. The heat releasing rate, total heat releasing amount and the CO2 formation of the treated fabric during burning are obviously reduced, while the peak release rate and total release amount of dense smoke, and formation rate of CO are increased.
