摘要
以钢铁酸洗废液,水玻璃和氯酸钠为原料制备了一种新型钢铁酸洗废液混凝剂(Si-PFC),并将其用于造纸中段废水的处理。结果表明:在常温,pH值为6~8,混凝剂的投加量为134mg/L的条件下,处理效果最佳。将经Si-PFC为134mg/L处理过的废水再经生物选择池、二沉池、混凝沉淀池处理后,出水水质达到了GB3544-2008《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》的要求。本法具有工艺简单,成本较低等优点,是一项有应用前景的实用技术。
A new type of steel acid pickling wastewater coagulant ( Si - PFC ) is prepared from 'steel acid pickling Wastewater, water glass and sodium chlorate,and is used as coagulant in the treatment of papermaking wastewater. The results show that the best effect can be obtained at normal temperature, pH of 6 - 8 and the coagulant dosage of 134mg/L. The Wastewater treated by Si- PFC of 134mg/L keeps going through the biological selector,the second pond and coagulant sedimentation pool, the quality of the treated wastewater achieves the requirements of "Discharge standards of water pollutant for pulp and paper industry" ( GB3544 - 2008 ). This method has the advantage of simple process and low cost,being a practical technique with applying prospects.
