摘要
血肿瘤屏障是脑组织的毛细血管内皮细胞形成的屏障,限制了化疗药物进入肿瘤组织,阻碍了脑肿瘤的治疗。而血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)作为最强的血管通透性物质之一,可以选择性开放血肿瘤屏障,促进脑肿瘤组织对化疗药物的吸收,以达到更好的治疗效果。深入了解VEGF的生物学特性、功能以及VEGF选择性开放血肿瘤屏障的效果和机制对VEGF在临床上的进一步应用具有重要的意义,为脑肿瘤的化疗开辟新途径。
Blood-tumor barrier which is formed by the capillary endothelial cells in the brain limits the chemotherapy drugs to enter the tumor tissue and hampers the brain tumor treatment.The vascular endothelial growth factor,one of the strongest vascular permeability material,can selectively open the blood tumor barrier and promote the brain tumor tissue to chemotherapeutic drug absorption,to achieve better therapeutic effect.Understanding of the biological characteristics and functions of VEGF,the effects and mechanisms of VEGF selectively opening blood-tumor barrier,have significances in further clinical application and may open new avenues for the brain tumor chemotherapy.
