摘要
目的对住院老年抑郁症患者进行常规健康教育和自我管理教育的比较,旨在提高患者对安全教育和环境生活起居的重视,减少安全意外事件的发生。方法采用该院制订的健康调查表对符合标准的两组患者进行健康调查,一组患者采用自我管理的健康教育模式,另一组采用常规健康教育模式,比较两组患者安全意外事件发生有无差异。结果两组患者安全意外事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我管理教育后患者对安全教育及生活起居的重要性较常规安全教育后重视度明显提高,患者意外事件发生率明显降低。
Objective To compare the routine health education and self management education in elderly inpatients with depression to improve the patients′ attention to safety education and living environment for reducing safety accidents happening.Methods The health questionnaires were used to survey the two groups of patients complied with the standards and another group used the conventional health education mode.The safety accidents were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the two groups,the safety accidents occurrence had statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion After self management education,the patients increased the attention to the importance of safety education and living environment.The incidence of safety accidents was obviously reduced.
