本文阐述了婴儿配方奶粉中强化DHA和AA对非母乳喂养婴儿营养的重要性,同时通过加速实验讨论了添加DHA、AA的婴儿配方奶粉在保质期内DHA和AA含量、表面油、过氧化值和滋气味的变化情况,综合上述各指标分析DHA和AA在婴儿配方奶粉中稳定性。
