摘要 本文以球墨铸铁QT450-10、QT500-7为研究对象,根据铸件原热处理生产工艺中存在的组织形态粗大及分布不均匀等问题,提出了退火工艺的优化方案,研究了不同退火工艺条件下球墨铸铁的组织形态和铁素体、珠光体及石墨的含量,并对台车式退火炉的炉温不均匀问题提出了改进意见。实验结果表明,采用合理的退火工艺,并在生产条件下保证退火工艺参数的有效实施,可以提高球墨铸铁的内在质量。 In this article,spheroidal graphite cast irons QT450-10 and QT500-7 as the research object,three optimizational annealing processes is proposed according to the problems of casting quality such as coarse morphology and uneven distribution etc in practical production.The content of ferrite,graphite and pearlite as well as microstructure morphologies of the spheroidal graphite cast iron are detected and analyzed under different annealing.Improvements of the temperature uneven of the car bottom annealing furnace is also put forward.The experimental results show that by using a reasonable annealing process and to ensure the implementation of the annealing process parameters in the production conditions,the intrinsic qualities of spheroidal graphite cast iron can be improved.
