摘要
为保证螺纹钢型材的轧制质量,在进行加热炉液压系统设计时,采用比例控制能够有效地保证执行机构动作和缓不会损坏钢坯。主要介绍举升机构驱动系统、推进机构驱动系统、矫正机构驱动系统和油源系统的设计。实际使用结果证明:该系统设计合理,结构简单,操作方便,故障率较低。
In order to guarantee the rolling quality of screw thread steel,the proportional control was adopted to ensure the moderate implementation of the mechanism leading to no damage of billets while designing the hydraulic system for furnace.The designs of lift mechanism driving system,propulsive mechanism driving system,rectificatory mechanism driving system and oil source system were introduced.The actual application results demonstrate that this system is of rational design,simple construction,convenient operation and low failure rate.
