摘要
为集成多模块的脉冲功率电源和改善电流波形,该文建立了汇流排的3D有限元模型和Maxwell方程,采用棱边有限元法直接求解磁场强度,在边界处使H连续,在划分的单元中产生连续的磁场解,接着进行误差分析,对误差较大的单元自动进行细化处理,再继续求解,直至误差满足预定的要求。通过计算磁场能量得到汇流排的自感和互感,仿真结果与经验公式进行了比较。结果表明:增加导体的宽度或减小导体间的距离,均可有效地减少汇流排的分布电感,有限元方法应用于多形状汇流排的电感计算是切实可行的。
To integrate multi-module pulse power supply and improve current waveforms,a three-dimensional finite element model and a Maxwell equation of the bus bar are established.An edge finite element method is used to resolve the magnetic density,and H of the boundary should be continuous.Continous resolves of the magnetic field are generated from divided units.The error result is analyzed,and the bigger error units are refined automatically.This paper continues to resolve the equation until the solution meets the error requirement.The self induction and the mutual inductance of the bus bar are given by calculating the magnetic field energy.The simulation results are compared with the empirical formula.The results show that increasing the width of the conductor or decreasing the distance between conductors can effectively reduce the stray inductance of the bus bar.It is feasible to calculate the inductor using the finite element method.
