摘要
农民增收是"三农"问题的根本性问题,而我国的农民收入普遍存在地区间不均衡、城乡差距过大、收入结构不合理等问题。在阐述我国农民1993—2008年收入及其结构和各种收入增加前景的基础上,指出财产性收入增长的现状和增长重要性,分析农民财产性收入较少的原因,进而引出农民拥有的集体土地是财产性收入增加的重要途径,最后就宅基地财产性收入增加的途径进行研究。
Increasing of farmer income is the key to solve ＇Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry＇.However,farmer income in China is not balanced among areas,the gap of income between urban and rural residents is large,the structure of farmer income is irrationality,etc.This paper was based on the data of farmer income from 1993 to 2008 and the possibility of different incomes＇ increasing.Then,we could find that the increasing of farmer＇ property earnings was very important and necessary to the increasing of farmer income,and try to find out the ways to increase the income with rural homestead.
