摘要
随着茶叶加工业的快速发展、茶叶产量及茶叶加工技术不断提高,对茶叶加工机械尤其是杀青机的要求也越来越高。为此,将PLC控制技术、现代控制理论和变频控制技术相结合,对杀青机的杀青温度和杀青时长进行了研究,设计了基于PLC控制的电加热滚筒杀青机的温度控制系统,使杀青机的温度控制精度、自动化程度以及抗干扰能力都得到了提高。
With the development of tea processing industry, constant improvement of tea yield and tea processing technology, the demand for tea processing machinery, especially for water - removing machine will be higher and higher. Studied on deactivation of enzymes temperature and duration, this paper proposes the constant temperature control system of electric heating cylinder water - removing machine on the basis of PLC control technology , modern control theory and frequency conversion control technology. In the temperature control system, the temperature control precision, automation degree as well as anti -interference ability are all improved.
