摘要
对大学生进行有效的职业生涯规划教育是高校的一项重要职责。高校要在大学生职业生涯规划教育中充分发挥自身的主导作用,不仅要增强思想认识,还要建立健全专门机构和加强课程建设,更要抓好师资队伍建设和落实政策经费支持。唯有切实做好这五个方面,并形成合力效应,才可能使高校在大学生职业生涯规划教育中的主导作用得以充分发挥,才可能使大学生职业生涯规划教育的质量得以逐步提高。
It is an important role for institutions of higher education to guide college students＇ career planning.Carrying out the guiding role for the institutions requires them to strengthen their awareness,to establish a specific department,to enhance the construction of the courses and the teaching staff,and get financial support.The role can be carried out effectively only by putting these measures into action so that the quality of the students＇ career planning is to be improved greatly.
