摘要
教师自主专业发展是教师专业化最有效的途径。高校英语教师自主发展的三要素是:自主发展的意识和愿景——形成教师专业文化自觉;自主发展的机制——从体制和时间上使教师发展形成惯习;自主发展的学习策略——促进教师发展的效率。
The teacher＇s autonomous professional development is the most efficient way of teacher professionalism.Three elements for autonomous professional development,development awareness and will for forming professional culture autonomy,development regulations for forming habits and development strategies—learning how to research have been put forward based on the study.
