摘要
针对新时期长输油气管道具有口径大、距离长、压力高、参建单位众多、环境复杂、用户数以亿计等特点,从管道设计、施工与运营管理方面的实际出发,按照"数字地球"的构想,2003年,国内油气储运与工程建设专家、地理信息技术专家联合提出了"数字管道"新理念,即充分利用地理信息技术、数据库技术、航空航天遥感技术、3维仿真模拟技术等"数字地球"核心技术,开展覆盖管道全生命周期、全过程的"数字管道"技术体系研究及工程应用实践。通过刻苦攻关与科研,目前我们已形成了具有自主知识产权的"数字管道"技术体系,并且在西气东输等国家特大工程中取得了显著的应用效果,彻底改变了传统管道建设与管理模式,提高了我国长输管道建设质量与运营管理水平。详细论述了近年来"数字管道"技术研究的最新成果,并结合中国油气管网建设、运营和完整性管理规划,对未来"数字管道"的长远发展进行了展望。
Nowadays pipeline construction presents a lot of new features such as large-diameter,long distance,high pressure,loads of collaboration constructors,complex external environment,hundreds of millions of users and so on.According to the concept of "Digital Earth",domestic oilgas transportation and construction specialists associated with experts on geographic information and technology proposed a new concept of "Digital Pipeline" in 2003.For establishing a digital pipeline,core technologies in "Digital Earth" will be fully used,including geographic information technology,database technology,remote sensing technology,3D simulation technology and so on,so that the research of technical system of "Digital Pipeline" and the practice of the whole life cycle of pipeline can be achieved.By tackles and scientific research,"Digital Pipeline" technological system with independent intellectual property rights has currently established;and applications of which in the large West-East gas transmission project have achieved significant results.This revolutionized the traditional pipeline construction as well as management mode and enhanced our pipeline construction quality and management level.This article showed the latest results of applying "Digital Pipeline" technologies in recent years.Combined with the practice of oil gas pipeline construction,operation and integrity management in China,it aims to make a perspective of the long-term development of"Digital Pipeline".
