摘要
目的观察宣肺止咳汤联合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法将60例CVA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上加服宣肺止咳汤,连服28 d,治疗结束后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为80%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宣肺止咳汤结合常规西药治疗CVA疗效佳,安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To estimate the curative effect of Xuanfei Zhike decoction（XZD） combined with western drugs on cough variant asthma（CVA）.Method 60 patients with the trouble were randomly divided into treatment group treated by XZD and control group treated by western medical,14 days one course.The curative effect and recurrence rate were observed after 2 courses.Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 80% in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion XZD combined with western drugs are very effective to treat CVA.
