摘要
目的观察牙龈成形术应用于前牙CEREC全瓷贴面修复的效果。方法选择20例患者35颗前牙,经牙龈成形术后,采用CEREC全瓷贴面修复,并经过1年临床疗效的追踪观察。结果 35颗患牙33颗无异常,修复成功率为94.3%,修复效果满意。结论 牙龈成形术应用于前牙CEREC全瓷贴面修复中,能达到良好的修复效果。
Objective This study was to discuss the efficiency of gingivoplasty in CREEC CAD/CAM ceramic veener restoration of anterior tooth.Method Thirty-five anterior teeth of 20 cases were included.All the teeth were performed with gingivoplasty then were repaired with CEREC ceramic veener,and had been followed up for 1 year.Results Only2 repaired teeth failed and the success rate was 94.3%.Conclusions Gingivoplasty in CREEC CAD/CAM ceramic veener is a kind of efficient method for restoration of anterior tooth.
