摘要
利用高压脉冲电场对微波膨胀烟梗进行处理,分别陈化1 d、5 d、8 d后回潮,通过测定回潮前后微波膨胀烟梗的体积、含水率,计算萎缩率来探索高压脉冲电场对微波膨胀烟梗萎缩的影响。结果表明,陈化时间、高压脉冲电场以及二者的交互作用对陈化萎缩率和回潮萎缩率影响极显著(p=0.0001),陈化时间、高压脉冲电场对总萎缩率影响极显著(p=0.0001),二者的交互作用对总萎缩率影响显著(p=0.0219);经高压脉冲电场处理的样品含水率、陈化萎缩率、回潮萎缩率和总萎缩率于陈化8 d后趋于稳定,处理频率为180 Hz的样品于第8 d就能满足后续生产工艺要求,说明高压脉冲电场处理对减少微波膨胀烟梗回潮后萎缩有显著的作用,进而有效缩短陈化时间。
Microwave expanded tobacco stem were treated by high-voltage pulsed electric fields(HPEF) to study its shrinkage effect.After 1d,5d and 8d aging and rehydrating,volume and moisture content were measured to calculate shrinkage rate.Results showed that aging time,HPEF treatment and their interaction all had significant effect on natural shrinkage rate and conditional shrinkage rate(p=0.0001).Aging time and HPEF treatment significantly affected total shrinkage rate(p=0.0001).so as their interaction(p=0.0219).HPEF treatment significantly reduced shrinkage after rehydration,thus effectively reduced aging time.
