摘要 采用区间分析原理,建立与结构设计过程并行的成本估算区间模型,合理地表达了产品设计各阶段的成本及其不确定性误差,提出了提高估算精度的策略和方法,并以液压挖掘机设计为实例加以验证。 The production costs are estimated accurately at the early stages of structure design,which is the key technology of reducing production costs. The cost estimating range model concurrent with structure design, which describe reasonably the production costs and cost tolerance in the different design process is built by the range size analysis. The method and strategy improving estimating precision are presented.As examples, the cost estimating software of a hydraulic excavator is developed.
