摘要 目的对两种方法测定糖化血红蛋白的实验结果进行比对。方法用离子交换高效液相色谱(HPLC)法、微粒色谱法测定糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc),并对实验结果进行比较、偏倚分析、离群点检验、线性回归分析、预期偏倚计算。结果微粒色谱法测定均值为7.13,HPLC法的测定均值为7.36,两种方法结果相对偏差仅为-3.1%。线性回归方程y=1.0232X-0.2502。糖化血红蛋白的可接受偏倚在预期偏倚可信区间之内。结论微粒色谱法与HPLC法结果具有可比性,微粒色谱法可作为常规方法用于临床。 Objective The purpose of the two methods for measuring glycated hemoglobin methods of evaluation. Methods Using ion-exchange high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to determine glycosylated hemoglobin particles (HbAlc). Compared the results analysed the bias and did ,outlier tests ,linear regression analysis and calculation of expected bias. Results The mean results particle chromatography was 7.13 and HPLC method was 7.36. The relative deviation of two methods was --3.1%. Linear regression equation was Y= 1. 023 2X--0. 250 2. Glycated hemoglobin acceptable bias expected bias. Conclusion Particles chromatography and HPLC method results were comparable. HPLC method was within for routine inspection.
