摘要
采用真空蒸发镀膜的方法在预先制备好的厚度为200nm的氧化锌薄膜表面沉积了贵金属Ag,并对其光吸收和光催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,沉积Ag厚度为5nm的薄膜比纯氧化锌薄膜的光催化效率提高了约20%,同时也比沉积Ag厚度为2nm的薄膜光催化效果好,且在太阳光照射下的光催化效率比在紫外光照射下高出9%。
Highly photoactive Ag/ZnO thin films were prepared by thermal evaporating deposition.UV absorption spectrum and photocatalystic performance were investigated.It was demonstrated that the degradation performance was higher when the thickness of Ag was 5nm than pure ZnO films by 20%,and the degradation efficiency under the sunshine was 9% higher than under the ultraviolet radiation.
