摘要
目的评价脉络宁治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 72例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组用脉络宁30ml,1次/d,静脉滴注;对照组采用通常的治疗方案。14d后评价治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分。结果与对照组比较,脉络宁组患者神经功能缺损评分改善显著(P<O.05)。结论脉络宁注射液是治疗急性脑梗死的一种有效药物。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Mailuoning treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACl） were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.Therapy group was given Mailoning 30 ml dripping for 14 day ,while control group was treated with usual therapy method.Neurotogic defect scoring system at admission and 14 days after treatment were evaluated.Results Neurologic defect scoring improved significantly in Mailuoning group compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Mailuoning can effectively improve the cerebral neurological deficits of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
