摘要
目的：探讨舒适护理在慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者护理中的应用。方法：将我院2008年5月~2010年5月收治的慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者共128例,随机分为观察组68例和对照组60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理方法,比较两组患者的康复结果。结果：观察组康复情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：舒适护理有利于慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的康复,值得推广。
Objective：To explore the application of comfort care in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods：From May 2008 to May 2010 in our hospital,128 cases of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema were randomly divided into treatment group（n=68） and control group（n=60）.The control group was given the routine nursing care and the treatment group adopted comfort care.Then the results were compared between the two groups.Results：The recovery status of the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The comfort care is helpful to recovery of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema,which is worthy of spreading.
